Chapter Mission Statement
To promote a positive image of Johnson C. Smith University, to enhance a family atmosphere between Alumni, school administrators and current students, to support activities that help the University and its programs, and to maintain loyalty while maintaining the legacy of the University.
About the Baltimore Alumni Chapter
The Baltimore Alumni Chapter encompasses Baltimore City, Baltimore County and adjoining counties. The meetings are held the first Saturday of each month from September through June (January and September meetings are sometimes held on the second Saturday due to the New Years and Labor Day holidays).
Chapter dues are currently $50.00 per year and include local and national dues.
We are continuously seeking committed alumni to join the Chapter and are looking forward to growth. The Chapter is engaged in yearly fund raising activities that allow contributions to the University and scholarships to area students attending the Chapter’s annual Christmas celebration.
